  1. What initially led you to seek an off-grid solar solution with NewGrid Power?
    • In 2022, my wife & I started having a house built in AZ with a solar system installation by a local company from Vail. The head of the company assured us it would power a house, but as the building got started the following year, our electrician discovered that at a 37 amp output, the single inverter/battery system was not even close to being adequate.
  2. How was your experience with NewGrid Power during the consultation and installation process?
    • Terrific, their communication was clear and informative and always professional. Follow-up questions from us we answered quickly and thoroughly. 
  3. What benefits have you experienced since the installation of your off-grid solar system?
    • As more appliances come online, we’re realizing that Taylor’s computations are turning out to me more than adequate to operate the  home’s systems. We certainly can sleep well at night knowing that we have power fulltime without the outages that one                                                    experiences  with grid power. 
  4. Can you share a specific example of how the system has positively impacted your life or operations?
    • Considering that bringing in grid power would have cost more than our system, the independence we have is a real comfort and far  preferable to being connected to the grid.
  5. Would you recommend NewGrid Power to others? If so, why?
    • Absolutely! In our experience, we have dealt with the worst and with NewGrid, we’ve dealt with the best! The install was flawless and it runs our home like a top!
