The challenge
A unique site with unique power needs.
The owners bought this hillside property overlooking Dome Valley, outside Yuma, as a second home and wildlife retreat — then a contractor's off-grid install failed outright, and the place sat unusable for a year.
What we built
A modern containerized system.
They called NewGrid hoping to save the holiday season. Design, engineering, and installation of a new system took two weeks: 13 kW of solar, 82 kWh of Pytes lithium storage, and a 15 kW Sol-Ark inverter.

The outcome
A desert vantage point, fully powered.
The home runs full electric appliances without the generator. A substantial share of NewGrid's work is exactly this — rebuilding off-grid systems that were designed by teams who had never built one.
