Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 8, 2026

NewGrid, Inc. ("NewGrid," "we," "us") operates newgridpower.com. This page explains what information this site collects and what we do with it.

Information you give us

The only information we collect directly from you is what you enter into our Request Information form: your first and last name, email address, phone number, property location, whether you have an existing system, and any message you write.

We use that information to respond to your inquiry and to evaluate and quote work. We do not sell or rent it.

How form submissions are handled

Our contact form is operated by Formspree, which receives your submission and delivers it to us by email. Formspree's handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy at https://formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Information collected automatically

Our web host and content delivery network keep standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the date and time of the request. These are used to operate the site securely and to diagnose problems.

Analytics and advertising

We advertise online, and we measure how this site performs. To do that we use third-party measurement and advertising services. These services set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and report back to us.

The services we use for this are:

Google

Google Analytics, and Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing audiences. Google's handling of data from sites that use its services is described at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Meta

Advertising tags for Facebook and Instagram. Meta's privacy policy is at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy.

LinkedIn

LinkedIn advertising tags. LinkedIn's privacy policy is at https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Call tracking

If you call a number shown on this site, we may record the number you called from, the number you dialed, the date, time, and length of the call, and in some cases a recording of the call itself.

Which of these services are switched on changes as our advertising changes. What they collect is generally your IP address, device and browser information, which pages you viewed on this site, and whether you arrived from one of our ads. Some of them combine that with information they already hold about you from other websites.

If you submit the Request Information form, our advertising tags may record that an inquiry happened. Depending on how those tags are configured, that record can include a scrambled, non-readable version of the email address or phone number you entered, which the ad platform uses to match the inquiry to an ad click.

We use all of this to understand which ads and which pages produce real inquiries. We do not use it to make automated decisions about you.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses the cookies required for it to function, plus the analytics and advertising cookies described above.

We do not show a cookie consent banner. You can control cookies yourself in your browser settings, and every major browser lets you block or delete them. Blocking the required cookies may stop parts of this site from working. Blocking analytics and advertising cookies will not.

Who we share information with

We share information with the service providers that help us operate this site, run our advertising, and respond to inquiries, and where required by law.

We do not sell your information for money. The advertising cookies described above do pass information to ad platforms, and some privacy laws treat that kind of sharing as a sale. If you want it stopped, use the opt-out links above or email us.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to maintain ordinary business records.

Asking what we hold

This site is intended for business inquiries and is not directed to children under 13.
